All prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations and currency trading changes.

Shipping

Items in current inventory will ship in 2-3 days. Custom orders and products not in inventory may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. COVID-19 restrictions may affect delivery times. See our Shipping Costs page for details

Returns

Returns are accepted for a full refund when made within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packing materials and be in original condition.

Layaways

Items may be placed on layaway for a maximum of 6 months with a minimum deposit of 30%. Any layaways without payments of at least 2 months will be cancelled and a store credit issued.

Cancelled layaways will be exchanged for store credit only.

Store credit will include deposit and payments made, less any restocking fees.

Special Orders

Special orders will require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Penelope's of Greece may in its discretion, apply a store credit where applicable.

Warranties

All Products from Penelope's of Greece are under warranty by the company for metal content and workmanship. Please read our policy on Returns above.

Each piece is packaged and shipped in secure boxes and padded envelopes for security purposes.

Designer provided warranty and authenticity certificates are included when provided by the Designer.
