Here are some handy tips to help take care of your jewelry:

- Always apply perfume, hairsprays or lotions before wearing jewelry.

- Avoid getting your jewelry wet or exposed to excessive perspiration whenever possible.

- Store your jewelry in Dry pouches or jewelry boxes.

- Keep your jewelry clean with appropriate Anti-Tarnish cloths regularly.

Payments, Warranties & Shipping

PayPal is our preferred payment option, being a trusted and streamlined payment processor. We do also accept checks and money orders. However, do note that orders will ship only after clearance.

PayPal also offers extended payment options for orders over $99.00. All Credit Processing is handled by PayPal through their Extended Credit Application Link. here.

All products sold by Penelope's of Greece are guaranteed for metal content and construction.

For some of our collections, designer provided warranty and authenticity certificates are included with your item, when provided by the Designer.

To ensure your item gets to you safely, each piece is packaged and shipped in secure boxes and padded envelopes for added security.

If a product is in our inventory, we will ship it out in 2-3 business days, via USPS Priority Mall from Massachusetts. Custom made orders do take longer to produce and ship. Please allow 4-6 weeks.
